As a psychotherapist, consultant, trainer, and thought leader in mental health, I create safe spaces for healing, transformation, and growth. Shanique
Shanique Victoria’s psychotherapy practice is a safe, affirming space for individuals, couples, families, and groups navigating their mental wellness journeys. She specializes in addressing a range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, trauma, life transitions, and other notable issues, particularly for Black and underserved individuals affected by racial trauma and systemic racism. She supports clients as they explore their experiences, heal from past wounds, and cultivate resilience and personal growth, tailoring her methods to meet the unique needs of each individual or group.

My Approach
I have had the pleasure of supporting a diverse client base with various mental health challenges. I adopt an integrative, multi-disciplinary, person-centered approach with an anti-oppressive, culturally-sensitive and trauma-informed lens. I pull from various therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment plans that address the unique needs and challenges of each individual client. I also support Black and marginalized communities journey towards healing of racial trauma and race-based traumatic injuries that intersect with aspects of one's identity.
